I finished workout early. 8:30am, phone in hand, headphones in, adrenaline pumping. Ready for the day… the day that didn’t start until noon. Rushing through the city streets, in my zone, it hit me, WHERE am I rushing to? I don’t have anywhere to be… WHY am I rushing? HOW often am I rushing? DO I ever make it there on time? WHAT have I missed in the process?
It was at that moment when I decided to SLOW DOWN. I slid my phone in my bag, and chose to #strikeabalance
